What services do you offer?

I offer psychological evaluations for different immigration purposes (i.e., Asylum, U-Visa, VAWA, Hardship waivers).

How long does a psychological evaluation take?

You can expect the psychological evaluation to take anywhere between 2-4 hours depending on your case.

How many appointments will we have?

The psychological evaluation is completed in one appointment (2-4 hrs).

What is the price for the psychological evaluation and is it different depending on the immigration case?

I have a set fee of $850 for any psychological evaluation.

**Please note this includes our meeting and my written evaluation. Court testimonies are a separate hourly fee.

Where are evaluations provided?

At this time I am only providing psychological evaluations via a secure video platform.

Do you have a sliding scale or accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance and do not offer a sliding scale. I do offer the option of payment plans.

Do you provide evaluations for immigration cases outside of California?

No, although my evaluations are virtual, I can only conduct evaluations if you live in California, any part of California.

Are you currently accepting new clients for therapy?

No, at this time I am not accepting referrals for psychotherapy, but I will provide you resources at the end of our evaluation based on my clinical recommendations.

Do you only accept referrals from certain immigration law firms?

No, I accept referrals from multiple immigration lawyers throughout all the Bay Area and California. As long as you live in California, you can contact me to discuss your case, even if you do not have a lawyer.
